    The Industrial Cleaning Operator will operate, maintain, and repair high-pressure water blasting equipment and industrial vacuuming equipment necessary to perform the safe and proper removal, containment, transportation, and disposal of both hazardous and non-hazardous materials within heavy industrial settings. They perform the general labor activities of a Hydroblast Technician, as well as operate water lasting and industrial vacuum equipment. Show commitment to perform all assigned duties safely, at all times. Meet physical requirement to be able to safely perform all duties of Hydroblast Technicians. Will identify mechanical problems of assigned equipment and follow up appropriately by performing minor mechanical repair and/or communicating problems to supervisor for speedy repairs. Will safely and effectively perform decontamination process of assigned equipment as required by project and company policy in order to prevent cross-contamination between equipment and job sites. PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT Exposed to weather, including extreme temperatures. Work in atmospheres with potential for exposure to various chemicals that may be hazardous, toxic, or corrosive. Required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to climb ladders to heights of up to 250 feet. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. CDL Class A or B required. Hazmat and Tanker Endorsement preferred. Must be at least 21 years old. Physically capable of performing all duties and responsibilities assigned. Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: This position pays up to 50% of revenue , 1-Day Evaluation $350 for remote and $425 for in person, 2-Day Evaluation $742.00 for in person. POSITION SUMMARY The Vocational Evaluator works in our Vocational Evaluations Department in a client facing role. The Vocational Evaluator assesses the client through interview, formal assessments, and work observation to identify individual strengths and needs. The goal of the evaluation process is to holistically assess the client's abilities, interests and aptitudes, while considering any barriers to employment which may be present, to develop a professional clinical report to address and recommend appropriate and attainable vocational and/or educational options. Experience: For candidates who hold a Master's Degree in a field closely related to Rehabilitation Counseling (i.e. psychology, social work, mental health counseling, etc.), only those with the following experience will be considered for this position: One year of full-time documented experience conducting evaluations with individuals with disabilities; Experience with CARF and/or APD standards is a plus; Bilingual (Spanish/English, Creole/English) is a plus. Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Word; proficient with paper based and computer based assessment administration; familiarity with the MS Teams platform and similar conferencing platforms for the purpose of conducting evaluations via telehealth is a must. Other Requirements: • Ability to pass a Level 2 background check• Reliable transportation required including a valid driver's license, auto registration and auto insurance (50k property/100k personal injury.• A passion for working with individuals with disabilities SUPERVISION: No supervisory responsibilities TRAVEL: Local travel required.
