Job Summary: The Task Coordinator III (TC III) position is the third level of the Task Coordinator (TC) Career Track where progression is based on time in grade and appropriate performance. This position is responsible for leading small groups of individual contributors (ICs) responsible for a broad range of work. This work may include: Permitting, lighting, joint use, electric distribution design, field data collection, routing of work, data input, work order creation, time sheet review, client reporting, scheduling and other items as requested by leadership. The incumbent will have expert knowledge of the electric distribution design process including: field data collection, computer-aided design using client's design tool, standards and materials, permitting, Quality Control, GIS, charging guidelines, environmental constraints, safety requirements, construction practices, client/construction interaction, and as-built processes as needed to progress a project. The TC III may be tasked with leading groups in one or more tasks associated with the process. The TC III will generate schedules for work processes they are responsible for advancing. The TC III will assist with the development of those reporting to them and will be responsible for ongoing performance appraisals in a timely manner.
This position primarily involves working in an office environment. There is an expectation of significant field work, which may include exposure to inclement weather conditions such as extreme heat/cold, high humidity, rain, snow and icy conditions.
Key Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Dynamics ERP, CAD, and WMS (ex. MAXIMO).
Experience with distribution design and analysis software, such as: PoleForeman, DSTAR SEDs, Cable Pulling Assistant, or similar.

KCI is seeking an experienced and driven Site Acquisition Manager to lead and support site acquisition activities in telecommunications projects. This role involves lease negotiations, permitting, zoning presentations, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have recent experience with both Carrier and Tower Developer projects and be familiar with jurisdictional zoning and permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site acquisition activities from RF design to NTP acceptance and project close-out.
- Perform site identification, qualification, and lease negotiation services.

Perform bridge inspection, both topside and underwater, of culverts to large complex bridges and ancillary structures (signs, light poles, traffic signals)
Develop inspection reports and review

What you need to have:

Understanding of national bridge inspection methods, Specifications for the Nation Bridge Inventory (SNBI), evaluations, and report preparation is required

Job Summary: The Distribution Engineer Designer I (DED I) position is the first level of the DED career track where progression is based on time in grade and performance. This career track is tasked with providing designs for electrical distribution systems including but not limited to: Overhead and underground circuits for joint use, lighting, and commercial, industrial and residential development. The Project Manager will work on general aviation and non-hub commercial service airports. Projects include federal and state funded airport improvement programs as well as locally funded projects at public and private use airports.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
The CM in Training supports roadway and bridge construction projects. This role assists with directing inspection and material testing efforts across various projects. This role has a strong educational foundation in construction management principles and should be eager to continue to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment. This opportunity is intended for Spring 2026 graduates, with the position starting in Summer 2026.
• Support the oversight of project budgets and participate in quality assurance of contractor work to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Assist in preparing monthly and final cost estimates, and composing contract change orders to ensure accurate and timely financial tracking.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation to ensure all project records are up to date and easily accessible.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, and designers to facility smooth project execution and resolve any issues that arise.

Duties, Responsibilities & Other
As a Site/Civil Design Technician your primary responsibilities include designing and drafting civil and land development construction drawings using AutoCAD/Civil 3D and other relevant software. You will work closely with a team under the supervision of a project manager to ensure that all designs meet industry standards and the approval standards of federal, state, and local agencies. Your role involves the creation, production, and management of construction drawings for a wide range of public and private civil engineering and land development projects, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be expected to demonstrate attention to detail, collaborate effectively with team members, and interface with the project team to meet project requirements.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Have an extensive knowledge of CAD standards and advanced Civil 3D functionality
Work closely with project engineers and managers to set up and manage construction drawings using AutoDesk Civil 3D
Prepare construction documents for a wide range of civil and land development projects from conceptual design through construction certification
Responsible for design for site layout, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, drainage and stormwater management design, water distribution system design, sanitary sewer and lift station design, roadway and access connection design
Assist in ongoing development and maintenance of team-wide CAD standards and protocols
Responsible for team-wide quality control of project deliverables
Mentor junior designers and engineers in usage of Civil 3D and associated programs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong technical and professional communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, and Civil 3D experience required
Ability to work in a team environment on multiple assignments
Familiarity with local land development codes, standards, and regulations

PE Required

Experience in Design software such as ICPR, and HEC-RAS

We are currently searching for an experienced Senior Certified Bridge Inspector to support our Southeast Region located in Maitland, FL, Tampa, FL, Miami, FL, or Sunrise, FL.
To be considered for this position, applicants must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent.
The candidate will be performing bridge safety inspections, writing, and reviewing inspection reports. Additionally, the candidate will be asked to assist with training of assistant inspectors as needed. The candidate will visit various bridges throughout Florida and possibly the United States to aid with structural inspections of bridges and other structures.
What you'll be doing:
Perform bridge inspection, both topside and underwater, of culverts to large complex bridges and ancillary structures (signs, light poles, traffic signals)
Develop inspection reports and review
Office responsibilities will include report writing, review and data entry
What you need to have:
Minimum of 5 years of bridge and/or ancillary inspection experience is required
Understanding of national bridge inspection methods, Specifications for the Nation Bridge Inventory (SNBI), evaluations, and report preparation is required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Understanding of FDOT applications is preferred
Ability to travel out of state, overnight stays may be required
Ability to climb ladders, and work at heights.
Operation of areal platforms such as bucket trucks and under bridge inspection vehicles is preferred
Dive training and certification are preferred but not required
Boat operation skills are preferred.
Successful Completion of FHWA/NHI 130055 Safety Inspection of In-Service Bridges is required with the completion of FHWA/NHI 130053 Bridge Inspection Refresher Training preferred if 130055 was completed more than 5 years ago
Successful completion of FHWA/NHI 130078 Bridge Inspection Techniques for Nonredundant Steel Tension Members (NSTM), FHWA/NHI 130091 Underwater Bridge Inspection, and FHWA/NHI 130087 Inspection of Ancillary Highway Structures are highly preferred
