Qualifications:

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
Requirements:
Ability to follow specific instructions
Excellent attention to detail and curious spirit
Be able to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
Have access to a computer and a reliable internet connection

We are looking for an experienced ITS Engineer to support Project Delivery on an embedded TSM&O General Consultant contract with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT). This role is responsible for the production, modification, and delivery of ITS/TSM&O deliverables. Deliverables and duties include:
* The development and modification of engineering plans and specifications.
* Research, development, calculations, design, and delivery of various ITS and TSMO-related tasks. Tasks such as ITS Maintenance Funding Formulas, RTMC Staffing calculations, and software enhancements to the Department's ATMS - SunGuide.
* Engineering techniques, procedures, and design criteria for complex and cross-discipline projects.
* ITS portions of Statewide documents such as the Florida Design Manual (FDM), the FDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (SSRBC), RTMC Standard Operating Guidelines, and the FDOT's TSM&O Strategic Plan.
* Supporting the evaluation of ITS and Traffic Control Products at the State's Traffic Engineering Research Laboratory (TERL). The ideal candidate will be able to use their ITS experience to assist the TERL team in drafting test methods and compliance language.
* Reviewing ITS portions of FDOT Request for Proposals (RFP), Modified Special Provisions (MSP), and Technical Special Provisions (TSP).
