Responsibilities * Conduct behavioral assessments, design and implement measurable, evidence-based goals across environments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland) while maintaining insurance standards and deadlines * Supervise, train and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) * Implement and supervise behavior data collection systems for continuous evaluation based on payor requirements and authorizations * Conduct regular parent training and consultation based on payor requirements and authorizations * Participate in weekly clinical meetings and monthly staff-wide trainings * Communicate with insurance companies and other care providers * Stay current on research and evidence-based practices * Maintain accurate "CAQH" profile and NPI * Collaborate with other disciplines, medical providers, and educators * Manage electronic data collection system and store all records in the EMR * Perform accurate billing practices in the electronic practice management system and complete documentation of services promptly * Adhere strictly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board's Code of Ethics Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. INDCLIN Qualifications * Required: Master's Degree or PhD in Applied behavior Analysis, education or other related field * Required: CURRENT AND ACTIVE Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and licensure if applicable per state * Required: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience * Required: 3-5 years working with children with developmental disability * Preferred: Experience working with children ages 0-16 implementing ABA in a classroom or clinical setting; experience implementing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis; Educational, Speech, or Allied Health Services experience
