The primary duties include adherence to Company programs and policies that will result in the safe execution of timely delivery, maximized sales, and minimized returns. The Delivery Helper must be willing to obtain their Class A CDL license. The Delivery Helper will follow the approved Delivery Structure and Processes and will assist in identifying and fulfilling spot sales opportunities. The Delivery Helper will maintain product freshness and will move product as necessary which includes, but is not limited to moving and lifting 25 - 160 lbs during delivering, merchandising, and storing products. The Delivery Helper will remain conscious of the Company's image and will ensure a high level of neatness and cleanliness in each store's displays and coolers. The Delivery Helper will participate in “ride with” days with the Delivery Supervisor to obtain coaching and training opportunities in the field.
