Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain clean, orderly, and safe work area. Accompany driver on route to assist with delivery or the product to the customer. At all stops get out of the truck and assist the driver while he is maneuvering the vehicle into a parked position. Report to work with neat appearance including the company uniform. Must always maintain a professional attitude and deliver excellent customer service. Unload case groceries and totes that are hand stacked in the truck by using two-wheeler and ramp. Check the invoice for refrigerated items and if necessary, climb into the front compartment of the trailer to retrieve these items for delivery. Take the loaded two-wheeler into the store and leave the items in a predetermined area. Load any damaged or returned items back into the truck for return to the warehouse.
