Receives, pays out cash, handles negotiable items, loan payments, deposits, withdrawals and transfers. 2. Sets up, closes and balances teller station. 3. Records sales of monetary instruments. 4. Maintains neat and well stocked teller area. 5. Cross sells bank products and services. 6. Follows limits established for protection of customer accounts and bank safety and soundness. 7. Adheres to bank policies and procedures. 8. Assists with balancing Vault, ATM, Night Drop, Coin Machine as assigned. 9. Assists with proper scanning of bank documents and proof work. 10. Exercise judgment when applying holds and making check cashing decisions. 11. Cross train to be available to open basic new consumer accounts. 12. Adheres to work schedule. Must be flexible in availability for work schedule. 13. Maintains positive, friendly and professional attitude and appearance. 14. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned. 15.     As an Analyst on the Regular Servicing Asset Management team, you will be involved with oversight of the whole loan book under management to maximize performance and ensure loans are efficiently and effectively managed to maximize returns. The right candidate will seek to maximize cash flows for Churchill and its investors while at same time providing best-in-class service to Churchill's borrowers and lending partners. The role involves extensive interaction with senior management, clients, other product partners, internal and external legal counsel, lenders, and investors. Key Responsibilities: Ensuring optimal performance of Churchill's entire whole loan book under management across the portfolio. Manage and conduct active portfolio surveillance to effectively monitor individual loan and property performance with a primary focus on loans that may be in early stages of delinquency or approaching the maturity date. Identify problem loans, develop monitoring plans, and recommend transfer to special servicing team who will then execute loss-minimizing recovery strategies such as note sales, workouts, modifications, cash for keys and/or foreclosure. Collaborate with internal and external lending partners and finance team, as well as 3rd party servicer(s) and legal counsel to complete routine and ad hoc loan management and reporting tasks. Correspond with 3rd party servicer(s) in terms of updating reporting and facilitating the resolution of general servicing matters. Interact with key service providers and vendors such as 3rd party subservicers, insurance tracking vendors and other valuation vendors. Provide thoughtful analytics that factor in key servicing trends and communicate such trends to senior management. Work with internal Loan Origination and Structured Lending teams on matters pertaining to loan performance and opportunities for new loans to be structured/funded. Daily/Weekly asset management reports along with notes/comments provided to senior management and investors alike. Establish and implement process efficiencies, best practices, and standard operating procedures. Spearhead other asset management tasks and projects as needed. Qualifications: Four-year degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or Risk Management. Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience in loan servicing, business purpose loan monitoring and asset management, surveillance, and reporting. Experience working with 3rd party servicers in the business purpose lending space such as FCI Lender Services, BSI, Fay Servicing etc.… Experience in curing delinquent loans through effective monitoring and proactive outreach efforts along with effectively communicating with lending partners, borrowers and investors alike Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Purpose The US Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (Deputy CISO) will support the MD & US CISO in building robust United States technology risk (includes all non-financial risks such as Cyber Risk, Availability, Resiliency Risks and Operational Risk) related controls and processes and ensure they are maintained and adhered to in the assigned portfolio. Ensuring that sound and consistent information security architectures that have been defined and documented are leveraged and effectively communicated to local business lines and technology support groups. Support in the directing, assuring, and advancing the security of the Scotiabank Group's networks, including the reliability and manageability of logical access security and application change control operations locally. Pursuing security and control process improvements and the protection of emerging technologies and new delivery systems; In collaboration with the Central ESS/CSS/GSS functions.
