Here are the main responsibilities of a Wellness Support Specialist:

Duties and Responsibilities
Manages the construction processes for single-family and multi-family homes in Hubbell Communities. Works to maintain the motto, Clean Site, Done Right, On Time.
Supervises day-to-day construction labor on assigned job sites via company subcontractors. Under general direction, recruits trade base to complete labor on projects.
Works with office staff to complete preconstruction review of home plans, estimate details, specifications, and schedule for each home.
Works with the director of warranty and customer service to ensure timely completion of warranty/service items and that all items are reported and tracked in the warranty database. Responsible for the timely completion of preclosing walk-through items and assigned after-closing work/service orders.
Works with home design systems, cost estimating systems, customer care, real estate sales managers, office staff, building inspectors, trade contractors, and homeowners daily. Attends and participates in production team meetings, real estate marketing meetings, and buyer meetings.
Processes purchase agreement changes in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that nonbudgeted items and labor are invoiced correctly to each home under construction.
Utilizes the formal schedule system through BMT scheduling module and maintains all job schedules to their current status using proper activity sequencing. Schedules subcontractors and material suppliers to maintain closing schedules.
Communicates with employees, customers, subcontractors, and real estate marketing personnel through all forms of communication (written, verbal and in person).
Responsible for training assistant superintendents through a formal training process.
Maintains EPA and OSHA programs.
At a minimum walks all homes under construction at least once daily.
Walks completed inventory homes weekly to ensure cleanliness and to note maintenance to be performed.
Required to approve trade partner work only when it has been completed.
Required to request and process VPO s to the authorized manager and to initiate said extra work only when proper authorization has taken place.
Required to maintain a clean company vehicle that will be subject to weekly inspections by manager. Said vehicle is a company benefit and is to be maintained to ensure a positive public image. Individuals who do not properly maintain their vehicles will be subject to disciplinary action.
Prepares for and attends weekly meetings.
When necessary, evening and weekend extended hours are a requirement in order to achieve the company daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual or annual goals.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in construction management, construction engineering or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
Minimum four years experience in a supervisory capacity in residential homebuilding or related business
Must possess a valid driver s license and clean driving record.
Thorough knowledge of technical aspects of building construction methods
Ability to troubleshoot construction project issues and to bring efficient, timely resolution.
Strong negotiating and conflict resolution skills

The Department of Public Safety at Iowa State University is seeking candidates for non-certified officers to join our team.
This is a 24 hour operation, 365 days a year. Officers will be expected to work holidays that fall within their regular work schedule as well as during home football games and other major events that occur on campus. Expected to report for duty when major natural disasters or other emergency situation affecting the campus occur.
Permanent, 12 Months, Full Time, 40 hours/week, Rotating Schedule, Shift assignment to be determined after completion of training program. During training will rotate through all shifts. Days off are also on a rotating schedule.

Non-Certified:
This is an entry level police officer position. The officer will attend and must successfully complete the Iowa Law Enforcement Basic Level I or Level II Academy to become certified as a peace officer in the state of Iowa. Upon successful completion of the academy, the officer will return to the ISU campus and be placed under the direct supervision of a police training officer. During this period, the officer will perform all the duties of a law enforcement officer, including patrolling the university campus and outlying areas; enforcing local, state, and federal laws as well as campus rules and regulations; responding to calls for service; initiating police reports; performing follow-up investigations as needed; directing traffic, and other duties as assigned.
During basic training, will attend the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy M-F. During field training, will rotate through all shifts with varying hours and days off. Actual shift assignment will follow completion of all required training.
All qualified applicants will be invited to take a written test and physical test the week of January 19th, 2026. More details about the testing and testing dates will be provided later.

Key Responsibilities
* Develops and implements a comprehensive web strategy that supports university priorities, including recruitment and enrollment growth; partners with enrollment marketing teams to align web content and campaigns with lead generation and conversion goals; leads web governance efforts, including establishing content standards and best practices across colleges and departments; and collaborates with marketing, IT, admissions, financial aid, housing & dining and colleges to ensure the website supports both marketing and functional needs.
* Oversees the structure, navigation and content strategy for key web properties, ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand voice; writes, edits and optimizes web content for both users and search engines to improve visibility, relevance and engagement; partners with content creators and editors to ensure pages are optimized for storytelling, artificial intelligence, conversion and accessibility (WCAG compliance); conducts periodic content audits and improvement initiatives; and uses user research, testing and analytics to drive data-informed UX improvements.
* Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) for web effectiveness, including traffic, engagement and conversion metrics; uses analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Siteimprove, Hotjar) to track user behavior and site performance; reports insights to leadership and campus partners; recommends data-driven improvements; and provides resources and support to campus web editors.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, web design, information technology or related field; at least three years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, CX/UX or related field; experience managing large, complex websites; proficiency in SEO, LLMs/AI principles and GA4/analytics platforms; strong understanding of accessibility and usability best practices; and excellent project management, writing/editing, communication and collaboration skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing websites in higher education; experience with Drupal or other enterprise-level CMS; and demonstrated experience with higher education marketing or enrollment strategy preferred.

Salary Schedule: This is a part-time position, 5.5 hour block schedules, specific hours vary by route, Monday through Friday. The position requires a split shift. Working both shifts daily is required.
POSITION PURPOSE: The Bus Aide's primary responsibilities include assisting the driver by responding to student needs while aboard the vehicle. The Bus Aide will assist with the loading, monitoring, and unloading of students while following established protocols for student safety.

High school diploma or equivalency.
