The HVAC Lead Installer will also be responsible for the completion of frontline services and repairs to company standards of assigned territory. Responsible for achieving acceptable performance metrics, productivity goals, and quality scores for assigned area.
JOB SUMMARY:
The HVAC Lead Installer is responsible for ensuring all installations of Heating and Cooling products (Heat Pumps, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, Gas or Oil furnaces, and Boilers) are completed in a timely manner and abide to all company, city, state, and county code requirements while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Additionally, this position promotes and sells
additional products and services that directly impact the profitability of the Company. The HVAC Lead Installer is also responsible for providing direct mentoring of HVAC Assistant. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to frontline service and repairs across all product lines offer by company.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Installs new Heating and Air Conditioning systems and related accessories according to company, safety, and manufacturer's specifications
Ensures complete protection of customer's property during installation or service of product
Removes all old equipment from customer's home and cleans up all areas utilized for the new installation
Maintains the highest level of customer service while performing installation and other job duties while promoting additional product and services to the customer
Supervises Install Helper to ensure high quality and timely completions for all installations
Maintains the highest level of standards for time management and quality completions
Ensures material inventory and maintenance for vehicles is completed to company requirements
Supports obtaining and processes all required permitting based on company, city, state, and county code requirements
Coaches and trains others within the business on all company operating policies specific to the roles and responsibilities of an HVAC installation and other products as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Technical school degree or equivalent
3-4 years of related experience
License/certification in relevant field
Valid Driver License for the State of employment

Perform installation of STERIS products, including, but not limited to: uncrating; assembling; setting or lifting product into place; leveling; connecting utilities; and testing unit.
Complete service documentation electronically.
Ensure Customer satisfaction through post-installation activities to include disposal of all associated packing and shipping crate material, ensuring equipment is wiped down and fingerprints are removed, and addressing any questions/issues before leaving the site.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities Needed
Required:
High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of recent mechanical experience in a construction or HVAC installation/repair field or associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or similar degree, plus 1+ year(s) of related mechanical experience.

Job Responsibilities:
Hands-On Execution: Perform a wide range of commercial flooring tasks with a strong focus on high-quality finish work. This includes the installation of ceramic tile, porcelain, and natural stone, as well as non-resinous systems such as Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP), Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT), VCT, rubber flooring, and carpet tile.
Surface Preparation & Installation: Competently execute substrate preparation (skimming, patch/feather finish, self-leveling, and moisture mitigation) to ensure a perfectly flat surface for LVP/LVT, as well as floating mud beds and backer board for tile.
Layout & Planning: Read and interpret project specifications and drawings to accurately lay out work, centering patterns, minimizing cuts, and ensuring precise square footage coverage for both tile grids and plank staggers.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the Site Supervisor and other crew members to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Quality Control: Uphold Trimerge's standards for excellence by performing self-inspections of your work to ensure a high-quality, defect-free installation (checking for tight seams, proper adhesive transfer, lippage, and pattern alignment).
Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and the entire team.
Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and report on-site issues to the Site Supervisor, offering practical solutions where possible to keep the project moving forward.
Job Qualifications:
Accurate measuring and math skills required (specifically for square footage calculations and pattern layout).
Good physical condition and dexterity.
Deep knowledge of commercial flooring materials, tools, and techniques.
Demonstrated expertise in resilient flooring installation (glue-down and click-lock LVP/LVT, VCT layout, heat welding is a plus) as well as standard tile setting.
Proficiency in using wet saws, vinyl cutters, floor scrapers, and proper trowel selection for various adhesives.
The ability to read and interpret commercial construction blueprints and finish schedules is mandatory.
Strong understanding of job site safety requirements and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as part of a larger team.
Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively for extended periods is a firm requirement of this position.

The Telecommunication Equipment Installer II is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunication equipment for a variety of carriers. This includes fiber, transport equipment and all critical infrastructures within a central office. Installation of data equipment cabinets and frames, data servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, firewalls.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route the cables that supply AC and/or DC power or transmit data in various technical spaces.
Identify, label, measure, terminate and physically route fiber optic and copper cables for high-speed data transmission, ensuring precise cable management and minimal signal loss.
Resolve equipment and technical issues as they arise.
Read, analyze, and interpret detailed specifications and drawings, blueprints, schematics, and method of procedures (MOPs).
Perform quality validation on in-process and completed work.
Complete operations paperwork (e.g., expense reports, timesheets, job documentation, etc.) including daily job status reports as requested.
Work independently to complete tasks per direction of lead installer.
