Hourly Pay: $15 What you'll do: * Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through good financial choices. * Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products. * Process and prepare loan applications. * Take and process payments. * Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans. * Balance assigned cash drawer daily. * Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and possibly transport money (operating cash, interim deposits, daily deposits) to and from the bank. * Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. * Other duties include but are not limited to: * Call approved and unmade applications to close loans daily. * Help build tax clientele and provide tax services. * Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days from the date of application. * Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
