POSITION SUMMARY An Investment Banking Analyst at Meridian Capital will be actively involved in the execution of M&A and financing transactions. CB - level 3 (additional duties): Administers customer accounts by opening and/or closing certificates of deposit accounts for consumers, businesses, trust accounts, IOLTA's, Minor Accounts, IRA's and CD's and safe deposit boxes, collecting all required documentation to ensure compliance with Bank, BSA, and Patriot Act requirements Be familiar with the employee handbook and will be held accountable to the standards of conduct and expectations detailed therein.
