Role Overview
The Investor Relations Representative serves as a primary relationship manager for prospective and existing investors, partnering with clients to understand their broader financial picture and support thoughtful portfolio diversification through real estate and fixed-income opportunities.
In this role, you will lead consultative, goals-based conversations that help investors evaluate how real estate, income-oriented investments, and tax-advantaged strategies may complement their existing portfolios. This position is designed for professionals with a wealth management or real estate advisory mindset who value long-term client relationships, disciplined portfolio construction, and clear communication. Key Responsibilities
Build and manage long-term relationships with high-net-worth and professional investors
Lead discovery conversations to understand financial objectives, risk considerations, and portfolio priorities
Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with prospective and existing clients at offices and external locations
Explain United Legacy's real estate and income-focused investment offerings in a clear, accessible manner
Introduce investment, lending, and wealth planning concepts to support a goals-based approach to portfolio diversification
Identify opportunities to deepen relationships across real estate, lending, and alternative investment solutions
Maintain proactive communication and deliver a high-touch client experience
Cultivate relationships with referral partners and centers of influence to generate new investor relationships

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, real estate, lending, client services, or consultative sales
Working knowledge of investments, real estate, wealth planning, or lending concepts
Proven ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships
Track record of delivering a strong, relationship-driven client experience
Experience growing relationships across multiple products or service offerings

JOB OBJECTIVE:
This position is accountable for providing exceptional service with a focus on cross-selling financial products and services. Adheres to credit union's policies, procedures and quality service standards.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• This position reports directly to the Assistant Branch Manager (or Branch Manager, if no ABM). No employees report directly to this position.
NATURE & SCOPE:
• Meets/exceeds established monthly/annual sales and service goals.
• Follows quality service standards to ensure exceptional quality service is provided.
• Maintains a thorough knowledge of all products and services, policies and procedures.
• Opens new accounts ensuring process and documentation are accurate and complete. Promotes and cross-sells CCCU products and services to members in order to encourage a long-term financial relationship with the credit union.
