Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.
Responsibilities:

* Pursue inbound leads generated by marketing efforts as well as qualify and search for potential clients through company involvement in industry-related organizations

* Respond to calls from clients needing to order new solutions, consumables, or requiring service

* Generate quotes for existing and prospective clients as requested by outside sales team, sales manager, and/or company management

* Work concurrently in a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role to ensure timely and efficient resolution of client inquiries and issues

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

* Experience and documented success in the industrial market space will be viewed as equivalent to education

* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
