Overview:


The Educational and Workforce Development Lead and Program Manager will play a critical role in coordinating educational initiatives across partner universities, developing and delivering educational content, and managing all aspects of workforce development programs in the field of advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration. The role requires a unique blend of program management, educational content creation, and collaborative partnership skills.

Qualifications:


This position vacancy is an open rank announcement. Final job offer will be dependent on candidate qualifications in alignment with Research Faculty ranks as outlined in section 3.2.1 of the Georgia Tech Faculty Handbook.
Research Engineer I:

* A Bachelor's degree

Research Engineer II:

* A Master's degree and three (3) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree, or

* A Master's degree and five (5) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree, or

* A Doctoral degree

Senior Research Engineer:

* A Master's degree in related area, and seven (7) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of that degree, or

* A Master's degree in related area, and nine (9) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree, or

* A Doctoral degree in related area, and four (4) years of relevant full-time experience after completion of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD degree in engineering, education, or closely related field

* Experience in educational program management, workforce development, or a related area

* Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including academic institutions and industry partners

* Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills

* Experience or knowledge in developing educational content, curricula, and workshops

* Familiarity with advanced packaging and heterogeneous integration technologies is a plus
