Early Bird Learning Center Daycare Employee (Grades PK)

The Aubrey Independent School District is seeking a dedicated and passionate Daycare Employee to join our team at the Early Bird Learning Center. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our young students.
Responsibilities:

* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in grades PK

* Implement and maintain a daily schedule that promotes learning, socialization, and emotional development

* Engage with children through play, activities, and lessons to promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth

* Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement lesson plans and curriculum

* Maintain accurate records of daily activities, attendance, and student progress

* Communicate with parents/guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and any concerns

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Child development or early childhood education course work or degree preferred

* Experience working with young children in a daycare or educational setting

* Ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed

* Strong communication and organizational skills

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
