Overview:
ProSidian is a Management and Operations Consulting Firm seeking a Lead Information Support and Program Administrator to support an engagement for a branch of the United States Armed Forces. The successful candidate will provide information support and program administration, manage the 572 program, and provide technical support to stakeholders involved in the program.
Responsibilities:
* Provide information and technical support of the 572 curriculum with Program Managers located at NPS
* Assist with general marketing efforts to make students and graduates aware of the 572 program
* Provide information and coordination of technical support of the 572 program with all stakeholders involved in the program
* Maintain liaison with Navy commands in the project areas
* Regularly interface with NPS Admissions and Registrar Office
* Provide reports and follow-up briefs frequently
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience and training. The candidate must have:
* Consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years
* Experience in Marketing and customer service skills
* Demonstrated knowledge and working experience with educational systems and distance learning curriculums
* Experience of the Naval Nuclear Officer Community, particularly the training they have to go through at NNPS
* Working knowledge of Educational Application Management System or similar, distance learning, and online course software
