Adjunct Instructor, Economics

Overview:


Fairfield University's Dolan Business School is seeking qualified candidates to teach introductory economics courses at the beginning undergraduate level. The successful candidate will be an adjunct instructor in the Department of Economics, responsible for teaching sections of Introduction to Microeconomics and Introduction to Macroeconomics.
Responsibilities:

* Teach sections of Introduction to Microeconomics and Introduction to Macroeconomics to undergraduate students

* Develop and deliver course materials, lesson plans, and assessments

* Maintain a fair and inclusive learning environment

* Perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as required by the supervisor and departmental/University needs

Qualifications:

* Master's degree or higher in Economics or related field

* Experience teaching introductory economics courses at the undergraduate level

* Strong knowledge of microeconomics and macroeconomics principles

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
