Senior Civil Engineer (PE)

Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our client's Engineering Team in Fresno, CA. The successful candidate will have total responsibility for managing projects, clients, and internal teams to ensure quality standards are met, efficiency levels are maintained, and client satisfaction is assured.
Responsibilities:


• Manage projects, clients, and internal teams to ensure all project goals and deadlines are met

• Oversee the design of land development projects

• Attend meetings with clients, reviewing agencies, contractors, and other design professionals

• Establish and maintain project lifecycle from conception to completion

• Perform additional related duties as needed

Qualifications:


• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering

• PE license

• 10+ years of proven experience

• Strong communication skills

• Self-motivated, team-oriented individual

• Advanced AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency

• Extensive experience managing all aspects of land development projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and client communication

• Ability to oversee, manage, and review work of other staff
