Field Technician: Greeley, CO

Overview:
MTI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Technician to join our team in Greeley, CO. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing retail displays, fixtures, and endcaps, as well as performing general merchandising tasks within retail locations.
Responsibilities:

* Install and/or build displays, fixtures, or endcaps

* Perform security set up and cable running

* Visit retail locations on scheduled dates and times

* Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical issues

* Ensure compliance with client agreements and scope of work

* Communicate effectively with management, scheduling, and operations teams

* Maintain a clean and organized workspace during service

Qualifications:

* One (1) or more years of experience in customer service

* Two (2) or more years of experience in a related field, such as IT, POS systems, digital signage, audio/video, consumer electronics, or 12-volt electrical systems

* Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment

* Superior communication and customer service skills

* Maintain a professional image at client sites

* Must have reliable transportation

* Ability to understand, read, and write in the English language
