Instructional Aide - Child Care Services

Overview:
We are seeking a highly qualified Instructional Aide to join our Child Care Services team in the Krum Independent School District. As an Instructional Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational and social development of our students.
Responsibilities:

* Must obtain digital fingerprints in accordance with Texas regulations for employment in a child care facility

* Experience working with Title I schools and diverse student populations (EL and other subpops)

* Assist teachers and staff with instructional and non-instructional activities

* Provide support to students with special needs

* Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Experience working with students in a child care or educational setting preferred

* Ability to work with diverse student populations and backgrounds

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
