Elementary School Aide

Overview:
Lansing USD 469 is seeking a highly motivated and caring Elementary School Aide to support students and staff in our elementary school setting for the 2025-26 school year.
Responsibilities:

* Assist teachers with instructional and non-instructional tasks to support student learning and classroom operations

* Provide individual and small group support to students as needed

* Monitor student behavior and maintain a safe and respectful learning environment

* Assist with classroom preparation and organization

* Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, teachers, and staff

* Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

* Experience working with children or in an education setting preferred

* Ability to pass a background investigation
