Maintenance Technician

Overview:


RedStone Construction Group is seeking a skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing structural damage, repairing plumbing, and performing electrical work

* Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of future problems

* Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs

* Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and changing air filters

* Apply preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems

* Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries

* Paint the building when old paint has become faded or chipped

Qualifications:

* Ability to perform strenuous tasks with your hands

* Experience using hand tools and electrical tools

* Ability to kneel, bend, and lift heavy materials

* Ability to measure accurately and read specifications

* Plumbing, carpentry or electrical certifications preferred but not required

* Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
