Responsibilities:

* Navigate through multiple systems and enter information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

* Work from home and meet the minimum technical requirements for computer and internet connectivity

Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years or older

* Must be living in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin

* Must have a PC or Laptop with the minimum technical requirements (see below)

* Must have a dedicated high-speed internet connection

* Must have a wired USB headset and function keys (F-Keys)
