Operations Technician

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Technician to join our team. As an Operations Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and packing products, performing quality tests, and ensuring production demands are met. Responsibilities:

* Assemble and pack products according to product specifications

* Operate and control auxiliary and semiautomatic equipment for production processes

* Assist higher-level operators and train lower-level operators

* Use measuring equipment to ensure quality specifications are met

* Operate material handling and processing equipment as needed

* Utilize shop floor management system to update CIP boards

* Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment

* Run multiple machines while maintaining required output

* Test and inspect produced products to ensure they meet quality specifications

* Report any products that do not meet specifications to proper supervision and/or quality personnel

* Perform non-conforming product procedures as necessary

* Isolate and/or rework items that do not meet specifications or quality standards

* Input accurate data into quality control system

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or equivalent

* 6-12 months of related experience

* Knowledge of basic reading, writing, and arithmetic

* Good manual dexterity skills, working with very small parts

* Ability to perform repetitive functions

* Ability to communicate effectively

* Ability to interpret work orders, instructions, blueprints, and/or drawings

* Ability to work with superior service, reflecting a positive company image

* Ability to adhere to the highest standards of quality
