At LensCrafters, we're seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our team of dedicated eye care professionals. As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment, including the latest advancements in digital eye examination technology.
Responsibilities:

* Work as an Associate Doctor of Optometry within the practice, providing high-quality optometric care and service to patients

* Enjoy professional autonomy to care for patients with no company-imposed restrictions or quotas to meet

* Negotiate terms of agreement, practice model, pay, and hours directly with the Subleasing doctor

* Utilize the latest advancements in digital eye examination technology, including Clarifye and Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System

Qualifications:

* Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited institution

* Current licensure to practice in the state of Indiana

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
