IT Risk Project Manager with Regulatory and FACTA Expertise

Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned IT Risk Project Manager with expertise in regulatory and FACTA compliance to join our Global Markets IT-FIN REG team. As an IT Risk PM, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects related to tax regulation and compliance, including OECD Automated Exchange of Information / Common Reporting Standards (AEI/CRS) and IRS Tax regulations including FATCA withholding and reporting.
Responsibilities:

* Be responsible for overall IT planning and delivery to meet regulatory commitments for their project(s)

* Provide input into regulatory risk assessments and annual budget process

* Develop and manage IT project plan, major milestones, financials (budget/actuals, explain coverage)

* Coordinate with the business and various IT groups to ensure analysis, design, and implementation of IT solutions to meet regulations

* Ensure compliance with CS project and quality management standards

* Monitor, track, and resolve project-level issues and risks; take corrective actions where necessary

* Provide work-stream-level IT status to WS program manager and IT Program Management

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* 7 years of experience in IT Risk PM

* 3 years of experience in regulatory and FACTA compliance

* 3 years of experience in an investment bank

* 2 years of experience in budgeting and financial management

* Knowledgeable in FATCA regulation

* Experience working on regulatory programs
