K-8 Music Educator

Overview:
St. Mary's Catholic School in O'Neill, NE is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic K-8 Music Educator to join our dedicated team. As a member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the musical talents and experiences of our students.
Responsibilities:

* Teach K-8 vocal music classes, including curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment

* Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and growth

* Collaborate with other faculty members to integrate music into the school's curriculum

* Participate in school events and activities, such as concerts, plays, and assemblies

* Maintain accurate records and communicate with parents and administrators as needed

Qualifications:

* Valid Nebraska Teaching Certificate with appropriate endorsements

* Ability to obtain a Nebraska Teaching Certificate (if not already certified)

* Strong music education background and experience teaching K-8 students

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
