Responsibilities:
* Implementing improvements to our platform
* Planning, building, and maintaining cross-stack features like accounting integrations, advanced receipt scanning, and more
* Guiding and enabling others in the organization to share knowledge and best practices
* Asking questions and challenging the status quo to drive innovation and improvement
Qualifications:
* Experience writing real-world software to solve real-world problems
* Excellent communication skills, both interpersonally and in code
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to automate solutions
* Understanding of the impact of programming on the organization as a whole
* Desire to develop and grow skills in programming and leadership
Benefits:
* Full-time salaried position with starting compensation of $180,000 - $300,000, including equity
