Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - St. Louis, MO

Overview:
Phaxis Education is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work in the St. Louis, MO area for the 2025-2026 school year. We offer a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work with a variety of caseloads across PreK-12 settings.
Responsibilities:

* Conduct evaluations and comprehensive speech/language assessments

* Develop and implement IEP goals based on student needs

* Deliver direct therapy services (individual and small group)

* Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to integrate communication strategies

* Track progress, maintain documentation, and participate in IEP and multidisciplinary meetings

* Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications:

* Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent

* Active Missouri SLP license (or eligibility to obtain before start)

* ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome and encouraged to apply

* Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred

* Strong interpersonal and documentation skills

* Eligible to work in the U.S. Without sponsorship
