Overview:
AYR Global IT Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Performance Test Lead to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. As a Performance Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading performance testing activities for various clients and projects.
Responsibilities:
* Lead performance testing activities for clients and projects
* Design and execute performance testing strategies and plans
* Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve performance issues
* Develop and maintain performance testing scripts and test cases
* Analyze and report on performance testing results
* Identify and prioritize performance testing requirements
Qualifications:
* 12+ years of experience focused on Performance Testing
* Minimum 5 years of experience working on Microsoft-based applications (.Net, C#, ASP.NET, etc.) * Strong hands-on technical skills using Microsoft Stack
* Excellent communication skills
