Survey Party Chief

Overview:
Impact Recruitment is working with a multi-disciplined civil engineering and land surveying firm seeking a Party Chief to join their team in Port St. Lucie, Florida or Stuart, Florida office. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of surveyors and contributing to the company's success.
Responsibilities:

* 3-5 years' experience in boundary, topographic surveys, ALTA surveys, construction staking, and other surveys for municipal, residential and commercial projects

* Lead a team of surveyors and ensure accurate and complete work in a timely manner

* Use Trimble GNSS RTK GPS system and Trimble Robotic Total Station

* Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods and techniques

* Calculate and verify computations and create and verify sketches

* Experience in AutoCad Civil3d is a plus

Qualifications:

* 3-5 years' experience in land surveying

* LSI or PLS is not required but a plus

* Experience using Trimble GNSS RTK GPS system and Trimble Robotic Total Station

* Knowledge of mathematical principles, land survey terminology and field survey methods and techniques

* Ability to calculate and verify computations and create and verify sketches

* Experience in AutoCad Civil3d is a plus
