Federal Work Study - Pharmacy Department

The Federal Work Study-Pharmacy Department is a part-time position available to current Upstate Medical University students who have been approved for Federal Work Study through the Financial Aid Office. As a member of our team, you will assist pharmacists with operational and clinical activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.
Responsibilities:

* Prepare and deliver medications to nursing units

* Restock automated dispensing cabinets

* Obtain accurate patient medication histories

* Perform other operational and clinical activities as assigned by the pharmacy team

Qualifications:

* Must be a current student enrolled at Upstate Medical University

* Must be approved for financial aid through the Student Financial Aid office at Upstate

* Preferred qualifications: prior experience in a healthcare setting or pharmacy-related field
