FSUS Classroom Substitute (Part-time, OPS)

Overview:


The FSUS Classroom Substitute is a part-time, OPS position responsible for substituting for teachers grades K-12 at Florida State University Schools. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to help students, supervise the classroom in the teacher's absence, and complete paperwork under the teacher's direction.
Responsibilities:

* Substitutes for teachers grades K-12

* Works with teachers in the classroom to help students

* Supervises the classroom in teacher's absence

* Completes paperwork under the teacher's direction

* May include other student supervisory duties as needed

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Must be able to provide three professional references

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree with experience working in a school setting

* Florida Teaching Certificate
