Student Workforce Representative

Overview:
The Student Workforce Representative will support the One Stop team within the Enrollment Management division at Baylor University. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain valuable professional experience, interact with fellow students, and contribute to the success of the university.
Responsibilities:

* Greet and assist guests at the One Stop welcome desk on the 3rd Floor of the Bill Daniel Student Center

* Ensure guests are properly checked-in and assisted by a professional staff member

* File paperwork, review received office mail, and respond to Student Account and Financial Aid inquiries via email

* Answer general phone calls regarding Financial Aid and Student Accounts

* Complete other duties and tasks as assigned to assist the Baylor One Stop and Enrollment Management team

* Provide general office assistance and support

* Maintain files and reports and ensure confidentiality of information

* Assist with various projects, activities or tasks as needed

* Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications:

* Applicants must be punctual, professional, responsible, and able to handle and complete work on an independent basis

* Ability to comply with University policies
