Middle School Curriculum Coaching Manager:
In collaboration with the regional's broader Regional Academic Team, the Middle School Curriculum Coaching Manager will provide data-driven, strategic, instructional, and curricular support for all building-based academic and instructional coaches. As such they should have Middle School teaching and coaching experience. Curriculum Coaching Managers will also be prepared to assist in supporting school PLCs. This role reports to the VP of Academics and Instruction.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Planning & Problem Solving
Serve as a thought partner and problem solver, identifying root causes and developing innovative solutions to challenges in reading and math instruction.
Set a clear direction, manage multiple priorities, and thrive under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Coordinate support across middle schools in alignment with regional priorities, ensuring literacy and math goals are consistently advanced.
Instructional Leadership & Capacity Building
Provide targeted instructional coaching support to building-level reading and math coaches, administrators, and teachers through professional development, classroom walkthroughs, model lessons, data analysis, internalization/content meetings, and lesson development training.
Strengthen school teams by creating and implementing standards-based blueprints, curricular resources, and instructional materials that elevate reading and math instruction.
Support the implementation of network-approved high-quality curricular resources, empowering coaches to lead improvements in their buildings.
Professional Development & Collaboration
Design and deliver engaging professional development sessions that align with regional goals and equip coaches with practical tools and strategies.
Attend building-based content meetings to offer strategic feedback on internalization protocols, assessment strategies, student work analysis, and MTSS interventions.
Collaborate regularly with VP of Schools and other regional leaders to align coaching practices across schools.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
Communicate with clarity, confidence, and tact across a wide range of audiences, tailoring messages to inspire and motivate educators at all levels.
Partner with school and regional leaders to encourage incremental progress while driving transformational change.
Serve as a liaison for digital learning platforms, ensuring effective use and integration at the school level.
Adaptability & Continuous Improvement
Step up to support emerging needs, adjusting priorities as necessary while maintaining focus on long-term goals.
Support the continuing implementation of the regional's strategic plan, ensuring instruction is fully integrated into the broader vision for student success.
Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Academics and Instruction
Handle ad hoc requests and other duties as assigned to meet evolving organizational priorities.

Education: Master's degree in Education, Literacy, Math, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience in middle school literacy or math, with at least 2 years in an instructional coaching or leadership experience
Knowledge & Expertise:
Deep understanding of instructional practice, content development, and effective lesson delivery strategies.
Familiarity with MTSS frameworks, standards-based instruction, and curriculum design.
Experience implementing and supporting high-quality instructional materials and digital learning platforms.

Qualifications

Planning and Oversight:
Determine and use procedures for referrals, identification, diagnosis, case termination and follow-up of Speech/Language Pathology students.
Establish daily schedules for assigned students according to service minutes established in the IEP.
Screening, Testing, Diagnosing and Advising
Perform initial evaluations and re-evaluations as required by federal, state, and district guidelines.
Analyzes and interprets information to make recommendations regarding the need for speech-language services.
Determines the effects of the student's impairment in regard to accessing the general curriculum
Utilize allocated coordination time to perform additional professional responsibilities including developing and updating therapy plans, holding parent conferences, staff consultations, and classroom observations.
Schedules interventions using a variety of service delivery models, including classroom intervention, consultation/collaboration, and pull-out as appropriate to meet student needs in the least restrictive environment
Consult and collaborate with members of students' teams to monitor academic progress and
design/implement IEP accommodations/modifications.
Managing and Conducting Therapy
Develop and implement an IEP (and other supporting paperwork) for each student within mandated timelines

School Leader- Elementary School Principal

Assess program effectiveness through data analysis and stakeholder feedback, making equity-driven improvements as needed.

Job Description
School Leader- Elementary School Principal
Every day, it is the great people at KIPP that prove the possibility. The School Leader (principal) is responsible for setting a powerful vision for student achievement and motivating others to follow that vision. Additionally, the School Leader is tasked with strategically implementing the school's mission through effective leadership and management of the school's students and staff, resulting in an instructional environment that prepares every student for success in college and in life. The School Leader is a full time, exempt, school-based position and reports to the VP of Schools.
Position type: Full time, 12 months, exempt
On the day-to-day basis, you can look forward to the following:
The School Leader oversees all functions at the individual school level, including the following duties:
Student Performance
Set and enforce rigorous standards for student achievement that are in line with the goals of the school and region.
Ensure the academic program meets or exceeds yearly student outcome goals as defined by the school and region and measured by the NWEA and Missouri Assessment Program (MAP).

Organizational Leadership
Lead teachers in developing a healthy school culture aligned with the mission, vision and values of the school and the region.
Create a culture of excellence, teamwork and collaboration among the staff, teachers, students and families
Foster a school climate that supports both student and staff success and promotes respect and appreciation for all students, staff and parents.
Oversee all programs, services, and activities to ensure that program objectives are met.
Manage student recruitment and enrollment process to ensure that the school achieves its targeted enrollment projections.

Address any disciplinary issues fairly and immediately.

Instructional Leadership
Manage, evaluate and develop all staff members at the school.

Work with teachers to improve their teaching practice through coaching, professional development, modeling, and collaborative planning.
Provide high-quality curricular training and resources to staff.

Operational Leadership
Develop a school-wide budget with the assistance of the Assistant School Leader of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.
Oversee routine facilities maintenance.

Personnel
Recruit, select, and hire school staff, including teachers and school-based support staff.
Continually monitor progress on all measures of school and staff performance.
