Position - Mortgage Loan Officer
General Summary
Serve the credit union membership by providing and promoting prudent borrowing activities within the mortgage lending area. Assist in serving our membership by promoting and selling all credit union borrowing and savings products/services.
Essential Functions
Identify, develop and maintain outside contacts with realtors, builders, home improvement dealers, financial institutions, professional organizations/groups and others to develop business and the sale of mortgage loan/ other products and services of the credit union.
Provide financial counseling on our mortgage loan products and follow through with scheduling, interviews, applications and closings on these products with potential new/current homeowners.
Provide processing and underwriting skills that conform to the secondary mortgage market; credit and loan guidelines as set forth by the credit union and secondary market underwriting for loans.
Gathering the necessary documents for timely and accurate loan processing
Promote credit union membership and develop/maintain the knowledge/ability to cross sell all credit union products/services for new/current members.
Maintain expertise in the mortgage lending area regarding compliance, regulations, product development/implementation, pricing, funding, portfolio quality and auditing guidelines.
Maintain a working knowledge of credit union's data processing systems.
Develop an understanding of credit union history, philosophy, organization, bylaws, and operational procedures.
Conduct oneself in a positive professional manner in relationship to all credit union activities.
Additional Functions
Actively support our “sales and service “culture and demonstrate these skills by communicating to members the benefits and features of all our products and services.
Expect and embrace change by being flexible and adaptable. Meet performance objectives and expectations (i.e. Sales, Quality Service and Reliability)
Develop a working knowledge of competitors' products and services with a continued interest in improving quality services and products for the credit union.
Complete in-house training based on required classes set up for this position. Continue education in other 2nd market mortgage loan products to better meet the needs of potential members.
Assist in any area as directed by management.
Job Requirements
Two years of experience preferred with knowledge of mortgage lending regulations tied to FHA, VA, Conventional, NIFA and the continuing changes to system and other underwriting guidelines.
College degree preferred in a related discipline (business, finance, etc.)
Must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and professionalism necessary for promotion and sales of credit union products and services, serving credit union members and projecting a positive attitude/image.
Must demonstrate a high degree of accuracy with intermediate mathematical skills (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.)
Will be required to exercise discretion and use effective independent judgment. The top candidates will be able to analyze complicated factual situations, apply functional principles and develop solutions. Judgment and decision making involve a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists, including work governed by broad instructions and frequently changing conditions and problems.
The ability to engage and perform work away from the credit union's places of business. A majority of the time will be spent away from the office promoting and selling credit union products and services and completing the related transactions.

Wage
Experienced candidate earning potential estimated up to 90k+ per year.

General Summary
Serve our membership and the Credit Union by performing member transactions and other teller functions. Serve our membership by providing and promoting prudent borrowing and saving activities and be sensitive to all of the member's financial needs by creating an awareness of all Credit Union services to new and current members.
Essential Functions
Accurately process
transactions to deposit/loan products (includes night drop, mail and general ledger)
sale of money orders/cashier checks/gift cards, redeem savings bonds, member check order requests
credit card cash advances and payments
encoding of savings bonds / scanning of checks, teller work and signature cards
incoming and outgoing cash within assigned drawer, including the usage of cash recyclers
examine checks for endorsements and negotiability, balance and prepare daily check deposits from drawer for Fed Deposit
assist members in and out of safe deposit area
Effectively perform
opening and closing of day procedures (systems and building)
check holds according to check cashing/hold policy; combat fraudulent activity
act as a member contact concerning account inquiries and requests (in person/by mail/phone/electronically contact)
recognize when a Suspicious Activity Report or CTR may be required and accurately complete the procedures
utilize the data processing, email, voicemail, telephone and drive thru systems

Some banking or teller experience preferred but not required.
High school degree plus some college preferred.

Intermediate mathematical skill required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.).
Good judgment is required in day-to-day situations and problems within established guidelines. Involves generally routine or standardized work but involves choice of action within limits defined by standard practice and instructions. Decisions are pre-defined based on guidelines or standards.

Work Hours

Opening shift is Monday - Friday from 12 pm to 5 pm plus 3 Saturday mornings per month from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm.

Job Summary
The Business Banking Support Supervisor is an experienced Business Banking Specialist who can support all lines of commercial business. We are seeking cybersecurity professionals to join our Information Security team as a security specialist focused on operating our DevSecOps program according to standards and policies.
This will be done through close partnership with peers in FRB Kansas City and other Reserve Banks across the System. It will also require healthy relationship building and tight integration with development teams. Additionally, you'll partner with business areas, vendors, and our diverse network of professionals to identify, implement, and support security across the organization.
Candidates with strong understanding and experience in cloud environment deployments, information security, data management, low-code and no-code solutions, DevSecOps, and artificial intelligence will be ideal.
Key Activities
Interpret and evaluate policies in order to mature and implement the DevSecOps program.
Assess maturity of development teams' DevSecOps practices against an existing framework.
Proactively advocate for and drive enhancements into the program.
Identify gaps/opportunities for enhancements to workflows and processes for enhancing the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Qualifications

General Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with customers, customers' nutritionists, and the feed operations team to enter feed orders for all CVA feed mill locations.
Understand the Central Valley Ag Credit Policy and work with the Credit Team as needed to ensure all customer orders are in compliance.
Maintains records for all incoming orders received by both email and telephone.
Manage customer rations, groups, and stage feeding plans to ensure feed orders follow either customer-provided or nutritionist-provided feeding protocols.
Understand the Veterinary Feed Directive (VFD) and basic medication protocols and adhere to all medication violation pop-up notifications in the FMM system.
Comply with VFD's received from veterinarians and upload and record in the GVL system in accordance with the FDA's VFD regulations.
Follow CVA Standard Operating Procedures in billing manufactured feed orders for all CVA feed mill locations.
Understand the Central Valley Ag Grain Bank Policy and work with Grain Settlement Specialists to move and apply grain bank against feed orders as needed.
Ensure all grain is appropriately applied against intercompany contracts during the billing process. Ensure all grain used in feed is purchased through the Central Valley Ag Grain Division or AgMark LLC.
Enter and manage customer grain, feed ingredient, and finished feed contracts in FMM and Merchant Ag.
Provide feed quotes to the sales team and the Pricing System Specialist as needed.
Update formulas and formula descriptions based on customer and nutritionist information in FMM as needed.
Provides timely customer service related to customer invoicing questions.
Assist Feed Controller as necessary in reconciling any invoice or statement discrepancies.
Maintains and promotes a safe work environment.
Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned.
