The IMA Group is seeking a Licensed Psychologist to conduct psychological evaluations for disability and Veterans Affairs (VA) claims. You will perform comprehensive mental status examinations and psychological testing, including IQ assessments, to support claim determinations. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity. Our Psychologists play a vital role in supporting individuals navigating disability and VA claims. Using our innovative platform, ImagineOne, you'll benefit from streamlined, computer-based tools that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting speed. Compensation: $110,000 annually. Responsibilities:
Disability & VA Psychological Evaluations: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the impact of mental health conditions on disability and veterans' claims.
Diagnostic Testing and Interpretation: Perform mental status examinations (MSEs) and standardized psychological testing to assess cognitive and emotional functioning.
Comprehensive Report Writing: Prepare detailed medical reports that provide accurate and objective descriptions of an individual's psychological health.
Efficient Data Submission: Utilize ImagineOne to generate and submit reports quickly and securely.
Qualifications:
Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution.
Current state license to practice psychology.
Experience conducting psychological evaluations (experience with disability or VA claims preferred).

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe)
Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices

Qualifications
Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
