General Summary: The scheduling coordinator is responsible for accurately maintaining care staff schedules to meet the needs of the community. The scheduling coordinator must be an excellent communicator and must be able to multi-task in our fast-paced community.
Duties:
Coordinates and schedules Health Center staff to ensure the building is properly staffed
Contact staff to fill shifts, implement shift changes and communicate assignment changes
Fill in for open C.N.A. shifts
Schedule candidate interviews
Update timecards with applicable corrections and ensures timecards are accurate
Qualifications:
1-2 years health care staffing scheduling experience in a healthcare setting is required
C.N.A. license in the State of Florida is required
The pay range for this position is starting at $15.00 an hour.

GENERAL SUMMARY: The Floor Technician is responsible for major floor care projects and trash disposal.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
1. Maintains floors and carpets within the Community.
2. Picks up and removes major trash from the Community.

2. Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned.
3. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

Must be able to stoop and work from a kneeling position, perform repetitive bending, reaching, and stretching. Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. independently. Must be able to push and/or pull wheeled carts and equipment weighing up to 100 lbs. over tiled and carpeted surfaces over long distances. Must be able to operate a vacuum, work in confined spaces around furniture and breakable objects, and have constant contact with residents. May be exposed to communicable diseases including influenza, HIV and Hepatitis. May be exposed to unpleasant odors, high heat levels, and institutional cleaning chemicals.

This position ensures a clean, safe, and hospitable environment for residents, guests, and employees by supervising, training, and evaluating housekeeping and laundry staff; managing supplies and equipment; maintaining compliance with infection control standards; and operating within established budgetary guidelines.
The Housekeeping Manager promotes a culture of service excellence, teamwork, and respect, supporting the community's hospitality and wellness standards.
Principal Duties: Essential Job Duties:
Plans, organizes, and supervises all housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure timely and high-quality cleaning services.
Conducts regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and Health Center rooms to ensure standards are met.
Hires, trains, schedules, evaluates, and disciplines housekeeping and laundry staff.
Develops and maintains cleaning schedules for routine and special projects (e.g., deep cleaning, move-in/move-out refurbishing).
Coordinates apartment refurbishing and renovation cleaning with the Plant Operations Department.
Ensures proper usage and maintenance of housekeeping and laundry equipment.
Maintains accurate records, reports, inventories, and safety documentation.
Monitors departmental compliance with all infection control and safety policies.
Tests and evaluates new cleaning products and equipment to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manages supply levels and orders necessary chemicals, equipment, and materials.
Other Duties:
Assists in preparing and managing the department budget; operates within financial guidelines.
Fills in and performs housekeeping duties as needed to ensure continuous service coverage.
Coordinates with other departments to support resident satisfaction and community-wide initiatives.
Participates in community committees, training sessions, and leadership meetings as assigned.
Performs additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Plant Operations.
