Qualifications

Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $79,081 to $126,529 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.

Under the general direction of the Facilities Manager or Director of Facilities, the Facilities Maintenance Lead will lead the local Facilities team with day-to-day tasks/requests and is responsible for the operation and maintenance of facilities, and grounds. Additionally, the Facilities Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading projects or project sections involving the enhancement and design of all interior and exterior occupied space which includes the remodel of existing space and construction of new space.
The incumbent leads or assists in, facility inspections, building operations, maintenance, safety, and security. Also included are duties associated with the supervision of facilities employees which report directly to the incumbent. *Position is on-site in our Bloomington, IL office.*
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance (and lead/mentor/supervise team members) to the interior/exterior of facilities including, but not limited to, restrooms, break rooms, sidewalks, and lobby. Perform basic repairs and maintenance of building and equipment such as chairs, tables, doors, light fixtures, floor tiles, walls, pipes/plumbing, vents, ceiling tiles, picnic tables, awnings, and move file cabinets, hang pictures, banners, and decorations. Help keep facilities and grounds free of trash and debris.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and research mechanical issues to repair and/or provide recommendations to solve issues. Meet with vendors who provide maintenance to HVAC systems, fire, backflow, plumbing, electrical, security, and generator systems.
Ensure routine maintenance to the HVAC systems (belt, filter, and thermostat replacements), and assist with specific maintenance to the systems.
Assists in preparing construction specifications and project plans. Directs contracted projects to ensure adherence, follows all specifications. Assists management in solving issues with service providers. Coordinates all facility inspections; report findings and coordinates required repairs and/or replacements. Maintains and controls adequate building temperatures utilizing software systems at sites where applicable.
Work with maintenance vendors for mowing, trees, shrubs, bedding areas, and snow removal. Also works with janitorial vendor to ensure quality services are provided.
Work with vendors and fuel distributors on preventative maintenance plans. Inspect and perform weekly generator maintenance tests.

This position works in a therapeutic milieu environment serving youth at a State Certified Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility (YCSF) serving male, female and gender non-conforming youth, ages 8-17, supporting youth through a mental health crisis that has resulted in a youth needing a safe space to reside for up to 30 days. The Youth Treatment Specialist 3rd shift works overnight ensuring all youth and staff are safe and following nighttime procedures. This can include tasks such as completing bed checks, monitoring youth on suicide protocol, following sleep hygiene and bedwetting protocols, waking youth, and coaching them to complete activities of daily living, administering medication teaching skills. Other tasks such as completing building tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and inventory, preparing meals, putting together educational materials, and other programming material to prepare for the days schedule.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform third shift room checks verifying the status of each youth, ensuring youth are asleep, not distressed and are safe.
Follow clinical recommendations for safety such as supervising suicide protocols and safety plans.
Serve as a positive role model and work alongside a Lead Youth Treatment Specialist in the milieu supporting therapeutic interactions by coaching skill use throughout morning activities, modeling appropriate behavior, teaching, and reinforcing use and generalization of skills through a token economy system.
Use evidence-based best practices for youth with mental health, substance use and life needs. This includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, youth centered, and culturally reverent approaches while celebrating youth's development and identity.
Calmly and responsibly respond during crisis situations and intervene to de-escalate utilizing Principles of Stabilization and Control (POSC) for non-escalation, de-escalation, and possible physical intervention to maintain safety in the environment for youth and staff when preventing or responding to a crisis.
Attend mandatory meetings including but not limited to staff meetings, new employee and ongoing trainings, individual supervision, team meetings, and other clinical staffing as required.
Participate and meet the DHS34 clinical supervision requirements of one hour of supervision for every thirty hours of face-to-face contact.
Use motivation and engagement strategies to encourage youth involved in systems to participate in treatment programming and involvement in program activities.
Always provide active sight and sound supervision to youth and families with complex needs.
Report any observed youth behavior for risk to self and others or behavioral changes within the treatment milieu. Follow policies and procedures to communicate with supervisory and/or clinical staff regarding appropriate support as needed.
Interact with youth in a professional, positive, and therapeutic manner according to policy, procedure, training, and agency values.
Assist with inventory, building organization, food preparation, daily programming set up, including educational materials and medication administration.
Work closely as part of a team to maintain clear communication with other staff to ensure youth receive high quality and seamless care.
Observe and document youth participation in activities and interactions with others per program standards (youth logs and youth related reports) in an electronic database.
Complete building or structural functions as required, assisting with meal preparation, general building cleanliness, laundry, and organization.
Monitor and support youth in completing activities of daily living such as laundry, chores and health and hygiene standards.
Administer medication to youth following the CBRF medication administration required policies and procedures.
Assist youth with attending meetings, including daily phone calls, family visits and professional visits.
Maintain youth and family confidentiality within all written and verbal communications.
Adhere to State licensing requirements.
Adhere to WCS Policies and Procedures.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or a related life sciences field.
Associate degree or High School Diploma accepted with relevant hands-on experience.
Open to recent graduates with strong academic lab experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous environmental monitoring experience in a GMP-regulated or aseptic pharmaceutical setting.
Familiarity with EM techniques: viable surface and air monitoring, non-viable particle counting, compressed air testing, water/steam sampling.
Ability to gown into a cleanroom environment and follow sterile techniques.
Understanding of regulatory compliance in cGMP facilities.
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
Comfortable working in a team environment with cross-functional coordination.
Shift & Physical Requirements
This opening is specifically for night shift coverage.
Flexibility for 8-hour and 12-hour shifts; occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
Will be required to wear PPE, including full cleanroom gowning and respiratory protection when applicable.

Responsibilities
Your Mission:
* Communicate with internal and external clients in support of existing projects and the development of new roadway projects
* Provide oversight and guidance to less experienced colleagues in the field and provides constructability feedback and guidance to project design team.

* Perform marketing and business development in partnership with Team Leader, Client Liaisons, and Client Service Managers.
* Assesses Scope and Capabilities of the project, prepare Project Management Plan, QA/QC Plan and other plans necessary for successful project completion.
* Communicate via meetings, emails and other documentations to all stakeholders.
* Lead, oversee and/or perform construction layout staking services and/or survey layout services.
* Ensure delivery on all commitments, conduct quality reviews, and utilize a process/checklist for closeout.
* Track budget and review invoices.
Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING
* Bachelor's degree in architecture, business, construction management engineering or related degree preferred.
* 6+ years of relevant work experience with survey equipment for data collection, layout and with Iowa DOT construction related services.
* Professional licensure or advanced certification in project management, business, or construction management preferred-signaling a commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning.
* Strong initiative to complete projects on time.
* Proven skills in empathetic communication, crucial conversations and effective mentoring of team.
* Top notch negotiating skills.
* Ability to excel independently and within a team-based environment.

The salary for this position ranges from $88,871 to $142,194 per year commensurate with experience. Higher compensation within this range will be paid to candidates with significant experience and exceptional qualifications.
