N&M Transfer is searching for 2nd Shift Data Entry personnel at our corporate office in Neenah. We have 1 full-time opening available working 2nd shift Sunday - Thursday, 6:00pm - 2:00am onsite at our corporate office.
Responsibilities:
* Enter information from driver paperwork into the computer system.
* Verify information for accuracy.
* Sort, scan, fax, copy, and file paperwork as needed.
Qualifications include:
* Basic computer knowledge
* Good organizational skills
* Good typing speed and accuracy
* Previous data entry experience in an office environment is ideal, but not required.

Education and Experience
Knowledge of engineering, facilities management, or industrial technology principles normally acquired by the completion of a Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
7+ years of facilities and maintenance management experience, ideally in a multi-site manufacturing and warehouse environment.
Strong leadership experience managing maintenance teams and contractors across locations.
Strong project management skills with experience in capital projects and facility upgrades.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods of time.
Capability to lift and carry objects of various weights up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Driver Qualification

General Purpose of the Job:
Clean up pipe and fitting ends by grinding to prepare it for fitting
Summary of Major Responsibilities/Duties:
Prepare pipe ends by grinding
Prepare fittings by grinding
Unload fitting wagons and organize on floor by job number
Wheelabrate pipe
Blast fittings in blast cabinet
Group material and drawings and stacks on a cart(s).
Load and unload pipe on racks.
Conducts work safely and follows all safety procedures. Rejects work that is not safe and discusses the situation with supervisor.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Less than high school education; or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondents. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
