Pediatric Dentist

A qualified Pediatric Dentist will be dedicated to the oral health of children, and is responsible for the treatment of problems associated with the teeth and surrounding tissues in the mouth. Pediatric Dentists provide education and administer care to assist the pediatric patient and parent/guardian in preventing future dental problems. Instruction may be provided on brushing, flossing, diet, the use of fluorides and all other aspects related to dental care. Other responsibilities of pediatric dentists may include but are not limited to: Providing exams, reviewing radiographs, treatment planning, restoring teeth, extracting teeth, fabrication of fixed and removable prosthesis, perform conscious sedations, root canal treatments, and treatment of periodontal disease. A dentist may also write prescriptions and administer anesthetics.
Conduct routine exams for patients to assess their dental condition and diagnose possible issues.
Utilize dental equipment in the evaluation and treatment of patients.
Restore teeth, extract teeth, and replacement of missing teeth and preventative treatments
Administer local anesthetic to keep patients comfortable during treatment.
Appropriate use of PPE/infection control protocols when providing dental treatment to patients.
Some laboratory work may be required. Some work may be sent out to dental laboratories.
Refer patients to specialists as needed.
Collaborate with NorthLakes providers as well as external resources and providers in the best interest of the patients' continuation of care.
Work collaboratively with NorthLakes support staff in the care and treatment of patients including Registered Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants, and office staff.
Be mindful of and maximize integration of care within NorthLakes services.
DDS/DMD degree from US accredited dental school

What You'll Do
Perform accurate repairs and maintenance on Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles
Diagnose issues with advanced MOPAR diagnostic tools and software
Complete warranty work to OEM standards

Requirements
2-3 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair (MOPAR certification strongly preferred)
ASE certifications are a plus
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and communication skills

Tenant Assistant | Assisted Living | PRN

The Tennant Assistant is responsible for assisting tenants with activities of daily living (ADL's), instrumental activities of daily living, and medication administration as identified in the Tenant Service Agreement. Other responsibilities will include laundry, housekeeping, and activities as specified in the service agreement and assigned by the Director.
* Understands the purpose and philosophy of assisted living, including tenant privacy, autonomy and independence, and characteristics of aging.
* Provides assistance with ADL's and psychosocial support to tenants in accordance with tenant's service plan and risk agreement.
* Notifies the RN Care Coordinator of any changes noted in the tenant's condition and follows directions accurately.
* Provides laundry and housekeeping services to tenants as specified in the service agreement.
* Takes and records blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration, weight and blood sugar, if indicated.
* Supervises, and assists with dining services, meal delivery, meal assistance/adaptive equipment and snacks.
* Escorts and assists tenants to meals and/or activities. Assists with activity programs.
* Cleans assigned tenant apartments and common areas.
