Monitors daily maintenance of expenses and service levels; review and approve invoices and other expenses. Maintains operational statistics to include call track, daily sales, technician tracking, vehicle maintenance, etc. Negotiates programs, pricing, and terms through meetings with vendors who provide key material and services. Maintains compliance of licensing, permitting, and code requirements. Manages and develops service staff to include recruiting, hiring, termination, discipline, scheduling, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, evaluating performance and directing work assignments maximize production. Evaluates workloads and personnel schedules to maximize efficiency in achieving profit and customer satisfaction objectives. Provides coaching, feedback, and ongoing technical and communication training to all subordinates to increase performance. Reviews service paperwork and ensures all field personnel adhere to procedural standards of reporting and documentation. Assists the dispatching operation in ensuring appropriate technician selection for the type of service. Ensures accurate documentation of dispatch, arrival, and completion times. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: Must have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC or related field. Knowledge of the fundamental of operational functionality of residential and light commercial heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment. Knowledge of the layout, installation, and service requirements for residential and light commercial HVAC. Must have comprehensive knowledge of current HVAC products. Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue goals. Ability to understand effects of economic, financial, and market conditions on the business. JOB SUMMARYThis position will assist the HVAC Technician in service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.JOB DUTIES Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems Determines general condition of HVAC systems, can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions, and determine extent of necessary repairs Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving Wears floor savers while in the client's home Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent HVAC trade experience desired NATE certification preferred Must display strong communication skills and technical competence Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen Clean driving record Compensation: $17.00 per hour Join the One Hour Team!
