Pay Rate: $18.00/hr
Availability: Must be available Mon-Sun 5 am-midnight including holidays . (They do a shift bid twice a year) They will not take ANY preferences, so all candidates need to be 100% open/available during these hours. Apply if you have FULL OPEN AVAILABILITY
Job Description:
- Support inbound calls for live orders for companies partner Merchants & Customers while maintaining 5 star customer service.
- Develop an extensive expertise in how company uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes.
- Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry.
- Go above & beyond to create the best possible outcome for our customers.
Qualifications:
- Ideally, 2+ years of experience handling inbound customer issues resolution using chat, email, or phone.
- Computer skills, ability to type quickly and respond to emails/chats professional is a requirement
- 1 Week training
- Need to be super flexible - Company is a startup and constantly changing
