Ø Must be able to: o Lift and carry up to 45 pounds from floor to 3' - 5' occasionally, o Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds frequently, o Climb in and out of equipment 50+ times per day, o Climb up and down ladders occasionally, o Sit or stand for extended periods of time, o Use hands, fingers, and feet to operate and/or service heavy construction machinery and concrete mixers and haul trucks, o Travel safely while walking and while operating heavy machinery and/or trucks over uneven terrain, roads, and pavement, o See, hear, and respond to verbal, visual, and written instructions and to moving heavy construction machinery, o Wear proper protective equipment including hard hat, safety glasses, high visibility clothing, steel-toed boots, and gloves, o Observe all company Safety policies on company premises and while operating heavy construction machinery, o Continually work in extreme hot and cold weather conditions, o Work safely in wet, muddy, and slippery conditions occasionally, Ø Environment will vary from outdoors with varying noise levels and vibrations associated with construction equipment, and exposure to building materials, dust, and dirt at operating sites to a normal office environment.
