Purpose:
The Learning & Development Specialist designs, delivers, and scales impactful learning programs across the employee lifecycle. This role takes a lead position in facilitating new hire orientation, designing engaging learning content, and partnering across the business to drive capability growth. As a mid-level contributor, this position influences learning strategy while owning end-to-end execution of programs that drive performance and engagement
Responsibilities
New Employee Orientation (40%)
Manages New Employee Orientation (NEO) Experience (preboarding, Day 1, Day 2 and beyond.)
Facilitates Day 1 NEO session (in person and virtually), ensuring a consistent and engaging experience across locations and roles.
Maintains and continuously improves onboarding content, slide decks, and learner resources based on feedback, business updates, and company growth.
Partners with HR and business stakeholders to ensure that onboarding aligns with company culture, compliance requirements, and role-specific needs.
Design & Development (40%)
Designs and develops high-quality learning materials including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, infographics, and microlearning using tools such as Articulate and Canva.
Adapts content to fit different delivery methods (instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, self-paced, hybrid).
Applies adult learning theory and instructional design best practices to ensure effective and inclusive learning.
Program Execution & Facilitation (20%)
Facilitates engaging live and virtual training sessions for employees.
Supports coordination and execution of learning cohorts, workshops, and company-wide initiatives.
Manages all aspects of assigned L&D programs, including program design, enrollment management, vendor management (where applicable), strategic marketing, and stakeholder management.
Monitors learning program effectiveness through feedback, participation, and impact metrics; provides data-informed recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate L&D, facilitation, instructional design, or a related role.
Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience facilitating engaging, inclusive, and outcome-driven learning sessions in both virtual and in-person environments.
Strong experience in facilitating both live and virtual training sessions, including new hire orientation.
Strong interpersonal, communication, public speaking and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated ability to create professional, engaging instructional content using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise/Storyline, Canva).
Skilled in LMS platform administration and oversight.
Strong project management skills with ability to juggle multiple programs and deadlines.
Proficient in stakeholder communication, needs assessment, and working across functions.

Purpose
The Manager, Creative possesses strong design skills with a passion for brand storytelling. Responsibilities

The Data Quality Assurance Engineer must possess strong technical knowledge and experience in data quality assurance. Purpose:

Purpose
The Manager, Quality - Fulfillment will oversee and advance the quality program for the PANTHERx pharmacy fulfillment centers in Pittsburgh, PA, and Collierville, TN. This role provides leadership to the quality team, supervises senior quality specialists, and ensures that operations meet and exceed accreditation standards. The Manager will drive continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives, act as the subject matter expert for all accreditations, and partner with cross-functional leaders to enhance patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. Approximately 25% travel is required between our Pittsburgh, PA, and Collierville, TN fulfillment centers.
Responsibilities
Leads, mentors, and supervises a team of senior quality specialists.
Fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the quality team.
Provides coaching, performance management, and professional development opportunities.
Expands and optimizes the core components of the fulfillment center quality program, ensuring compliance with URAC, ACHC, NABP, and other relevant accreditation standards.
Develops and maintains policies, procedures, and quality systems that align with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Oversees internal audits, document control, deviations, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Serves as the subject matter expert for all accreditation bodies impacting pharmacy fulfillment operations.
Leads preparation, submission, and successful completion of audits, surveys, and reaccreditations.
Monitors evolving regulatory and accreditation standards; proactively adjust programs to remain in compliance.
Designs and implements CQI initiatives that improve prescription fulfillment accuracy, patient safety, and operational efficiency.
Leads root cause analyses, trend reviews, and data-driven projects to identify and resolve quality gaps.
Partners with pharmacy operations, compliance, and technology teams to ensure integration of quality improvements into workflows.
Works closely with fulfillment center leadership to standardize quality practices across both facilities.
Presents quality metrics, trends, and improvement initiatives to leadership.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and accreditation bodies.
Travels approximately 25% to fulfillment centers in Pittsburgh, PA, and Collierville, TN, to support quality oversight and alignment across sites.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, quality management, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality, regulatory compliance, or operations in a pharmacy, healthcare, or regulated industry.
Supervisory/leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of pharmacy accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC, NABP, etc.).
Demonstrated success in implementing CQI programs and managing audits/accreditations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple locations.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, quality management, or related field.

Purpose
The Corporate Counsel, PBM and Payer Contracting possesses deep expertise in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy benefit management (PBM) strategy and contracts, payer contracting, and government healthcare programs such as Medicare and Medicaid. The Corporate Counsel has a strong understanding of the regulatory frameworks governing these areas, including CMS guidance, Medicaid Managed Care rules, and federal/state healthcare laws. This role requires a proactive legal professional who can serve as a strategic advisor to the business, ensuring compliance, managing risk, and supporting a wide range of legal needs across the organization.
Responsibilities
Provides legal counsel on federal and state healthcare regulations impacting PBM operations, payer relationships, and government program participation (Medicare Part D, Medicaid Managed Care, etc.).
Advises on CMS guidelines, Medicaid regulations, and other applicable laws and advisory opinions.
Drafts, reviews, and negotiates contracts with PBMs, health plans, payers, and government entities.
Ensures contracts align with legal and regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
Supports vendor and service agreements as needed.
Collaborates with compliance and quality teams to ensure adherence to healthcare laws and accreditation standards.
Provides legal support for licensing and regulatory filings across jurisdictions.
Advises on employment-related legal matters, including labor law compliance, employee relations, and internal investigations.
Serves as a legal advisor to business leaders, offering strategic guidance on initiatives and risk mitigation.
Supports general operational matters.
Manages outside counsel for litigation, regulatory investigations, and third-party subpoenas; coordinates document production and discovery responses.

Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including CMS, Medicare/Medicaid, and payer contracting frameworks.

Purpose:
The Clinical Pharmacist manages the drug distribution and specialty pharmacy activities for a variety of patients enrolled at PANTHERxâ„¢ Rare Pharmacy. The role creates and oversees safe and efficient methods for coordination of specialty pharmacy policy concerning drug patient care and provides clinical drug information to meet the needs of the patient and their healthcare team. In addition, the Pharmacist also manages pharmacy technicians and other supporting roles daily.
To accommodate business and patient services, this position may be required to work varied and rotating full-time schedules between 8:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday as required by the Manager.
Responsibilities:
Completes verification of prescription drug orders for completeness.
Communicates with prescriber offices for order clarification and coordinates care to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.
Communicates with patients regarding prescribed therapies, both specialty and non-specialty, to improve patient compliance and adherence.
Facilitates prior authorizations and enrolls patients in financial assistance programs.

The Claim Analyst (Second Shift) verifies patient pharmacy and medical claims accurately and quickly. Purpose

Purpose
The Quality Manager, New Programs, is a key member of the Quality team supporting the design, implementation, and oversight of new drug programs in concert with the Implementation, Operations, IT, and Clinical teams. This role ensures that all service agreements, business rules, and accreditation requirements (URAC, ACHC, and NABP) are accurately incorporated into workflows and procedures, while ensuring patient safety and quality of care. The Quality Manager, New Programs, will validate patient information system workflows, identify process gaps, support program launch activities, and conduct post-launch audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Promotes a culture of safety, transparency, and continuous learning in alignment with Just Culture and continuous quality improvement principles.
Leverages pharmacy background and working knowledge of accreditation standards to support new programs during the implementation process.

Purpose:
The Software Engineer expands the suite of applications. The position manages systems analysis, development, testing, debugging, documenting, and installing portions of new systems and modifying existing systems. This role independently develops complete coding and develops projects and tasks by meeting established quality measures.

Purpose
Under the direction of the Senior Director, Quality & Compliance, the Compliance Manager supports the Compliance Officer in the operations and evolution of PANTHERx's Compliance Program, including collaborating with and advising business team members on projects and issues with compliance or privacy implications. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the company adheres to federal and state requirements and managing compliance-related risk while promoting a culture of integrity and accountability across the organization. The Compliance Manager will function as a trusted advisor to the organization, working closely with individuals and cross-functional teams across the company to champion a culture of compliance and to monitor operations, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
Monitors and tracks changes in federal and state pharmacy regulations, and assesses organizational impact, including the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), state pharmacy boards, state departments of health services, and other regulatory agencies as appropriate.
Manages and executes the company's annual compliance work plan.
Assists in the execution, maintenance and assessment of compliance initiatives.
Identifies compliance risks and develops mitigation strategies.
Serves as a subject matter expert for compliance inquiries from internal teams, providing guidance and recommendations.
Participates in investigations of potential compliance issues, documenting findings and recommending corrective action.
Partners with Human Resources and Training to develop, implement, and track compliance training.
Executes auditing and monitoring as directed to validate organizational compliance and assess and improve controls.
Monitors the compliance hotline, analyzes reports, conducts investigations, and determines appropriate actions and responses.
Assists in developing, maintaining, and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance and privacy programs. Ensures that these policies are designed to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct.
Proposes and implements effective mitigation plans and strategies to manage risk.
Advises on regulatory matters and provides guidance on compliance-related issues.
Participates in organizational projects related to the design, implementation, revision, and maintenance of processes and systems to promote compliance in pharmacy operations.
Functions as primary contact for compliance-related quality and accreditation matters.
Tracks and reports on compliance metrics, including audit findings, corrective actions, and regulatory changes.
Promotes a culture of compliance through training, communication, and proactive engagement with staff.
Performs other duties as assigned or as necessity dictates.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, healthcare administration, legal studies, or a related area of study.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in compliance or regulatory roles within the pharmacy industry.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulatory requirements, including those specific to pharmacy operations, and federal/state laws related to pharmacy and wholesale operations.
Ability to interpret statutory and regulatory language and guidance and determine applicability to PANTHERx's business.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional manner.
