Position Summary:
The Customer Resource Associate is responsible for maintaining and strengthening customer relationships that promote retention, satisfaction, and long-term loyalty. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a critical role in coordinating service requests, communicating service level expectations, and ensuring customer needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the first impression of NAVCO to customers by delivering professional, courteous, and responsive service.
Maintain customer satisfaction by enforcing quality and customer service standards and resolving service-related issues.
Monitor the processing, scheduling, and completion of NAVCO service requests.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are clearly communicated to field service technicians and subcontractors.
Coordinate and oversee ordering of parts and materials required for service request completion.
Accurately receive and document service requests from customers and relay details to field service teams in a timely manner.
Analyze service trends, identify recurring issues, and recommend process or system improvements.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer service activity.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support customer service and business objectives.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Project Coordinator Senior:
Responsible for activities related to assigned projects; ensures they are performed in accordance with approved procedures, guidelines, specifications and regulatory requirements and within specific established budgetary and schedule goals and commitments. Prepares scope of work documents and contractor monitoring plans. Monitors department and contractor activities for compliance with applicable codes and standards, quality expectations, and other requirements.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
•Develop and implement contractor performance monitoring plans, as assigned.
•Perform special projects, inspections, and audits as assigned.
•Investigate and analyze reported problems to determine causes and remedial/corrective actions to prevent recurrence; evaluate corrective actions proposed by others for appropriateness, applicability, and technical adequacy.
◦Coordinates project management activities.
◦Develops input to budgets and schedules.
◦Serves as Contract Technical Coordinator ensuring all procedural requirements are performed.
◦Monitors department and contractor activities for compliance with applicable codes and standards, quality expectations, and other requirements.
◦Interfaces with departments and contractors, providing information to assist in achieving project budgets, schedules, and other requirements.
◦Provides necessary contractor oversight and monitoring to assure compliance with all site requirements.
◦Develops and implements contractor performance monitoring plans, as assigned. Performs special projects, inspections, and audits as assigned.
◦Investigates and analyzes reported problems to determine causes and remedial/corrective actions to prevent recurrence; evaluates corrective actions proposed by others for appropriateness, applicability, and technical adequacy.
◦Accepts ERO and outage positions as needed.

EDUCATION
Associates degree in Construction Management, Business or Engineering and 3 years' experience in nuclear, commercial or industrial construction/engineering, ops or maintenance which primarily focused on project management, contractor management, scheduling and cost control. (Required)
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business or Engineering. (Required)
Other: Without degree, a PMI Cert or 5 years' experience in nuclear, commercial or industrial construction/engineering, operation or maintenance which primarily focused on project management, contractor management, scheduling and cost control. (Required)
EXPERIENCE
2 Years + experience in nuclear, commercial or industrial construction/engineering or maintenance which primarily focused on project management, contractor management, scheduling and cost control, with a minimum of one (1) year being nuclear experience. (Required)
2 Years + Three refueling outages at a commercial nuclear station as a project manager over a large project (>$250K -

Surveillance Investigator

Individuals selected for the position will be expected to perform investigations of workers compensation claims, liability investigations, multi-line insurance claims, criminal and civil background checks, and other investigative tasks.
The majority of cases worked in this position require stationary and mobile surveillance.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES FOR SURVEILLANCE:
Thoroughly complete assigned cases.
Testify to the collected facts obtained in any hearing or court of law as needed.
Assist other investigators on challenging cases.
Make sound judgments both during the investigation and with future handling recommendations.
Turn in updates, evidence, and report in timely manner.
Upload surveillance video upon completion of investigation.
The nature of this job requires early hours, long days, and travel into surrounding areas.

TRAINING
The Robison Group provides remote and/or in-classroom training to ensure that individuals are set up for success before moving into their roles.
COMPENSATION & REIMBURSEMENTS:
Paid travel time and reimbursement for mileage, tolls, and other per diem items.
Hourly Rate is commensurate with education and experience.
