THE ROLE
The Ticket Fulfillment Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing and distributing tickets for guests visiting View Boston. This role ensures a seamless ticketing experience, maintains inventory accuracy, and provides exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests and offer detailed pricing and ticket options.
Process ticket orders quickly and accurately using the ticketing system (online, on-site kiosks, and at the guest service desk).
Distributes pre-purchased tickets, group reservations, and event admission.
Assist guests with ticket related inquiries, including upgrades, exchanges, and troubleshooting issues.
