Key Job Responsibilities Set up and operate Vaqua Hone machines. Program and troubleshoot using human machine interface (HMI). Perform changeovers, brush changes, and basic maintenance. Orient inserts before honing. Scope inserts to verify visual characteristics. Perform quality examinations with the Alicona magnifier scope. Pull samples and record inspection results. Perform dimensional and visual inspections of product. Run insert, tooling and brush tests. Separate scrap from good inserts, document accurately. Scan correct production information.
