Compensation: · $20,000-22,500, comprising approximately 660 hours of work over the course of a season (September - June). · This is a part-time role, affording significant flexibility with regard to schedule. Outside of rehearsal/performance weeks, the candidate can expect an average of 10 hours of work per week, including attendance at our weekly staff day in person. The Thirteen produces six programs each season, each spanning one week. During those weeks, the candidate can expect an average of 40 hours of work.
