Working within the Engineering department, this role collaborates with mechanical engineers, manufacturing, purchasing, quality personnel, sales, and service teams to deliver products that meet customer specifications while maintaining IDEAL's reputation for quality and reliability. The position requires analytical thinking, technical problem-solving abilities, and comprehensive understanding of electrical systems in industrial rotating equipment.
